Rosie Says products are not certified as halal, but they are all 100% vegetarian and cruelty-free. Strictly speaking, this means none of our products use any animal-based ingredients obtained as a result of killing animals. As a cruelty-free brand, we’d never do that. Vegetarian products can include other animal-derived ingredients, such as honey.

Normally, all our products have a shelf life of 6 months once they are opened and used. 

Please be rest assured that the quality and the contents of the product remains the same so you can continue to enjoy the benefits that it delivers. Of course, we advise to start enjoying your product once purchased and not to store for long periods.

We clarify longevity of Rosie Says products by displaying an open jar symbol with a number. The number shows the number of months after opening when the product is still effective and safe to use, it will be 6M or in special cases a different number. This period varies for different products.

In the rare circumstances that you believe one of our products is causing you to suffer an allergic reaction to our products, we ask you to stop using the product/s immediately.

Please also provide details of the product and reaction, and allow up to 3 working days for us to investigate these claims.

If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we are more than happy to exchange the product within 14 days of delivery provided that it is still unused and unopened.

To effect the return and exchange, kindly contact us at @rosiesays.my with details of your transaction. Our brand representative will engage you with further details of the process:

  • You will be required return the product(s) to the address provided by our representative.
  • Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service to return the products to the above mentioned address at their own cost.
  • The customer will be credited the full value of the product during the exchange, excluding delivery costs.

After proper investigation, we will arrange for a pick up to collect the product and exchange the damaged/incorrect product with the correct product or product(s) within 14 days of delivery provided that it is still unused.

However, if the product/product(s) are out of stock, a credit voucher of equal value to your purchase will be sent to you.
